FAQs

Where is the practice located?

Thérèse Keily-Wynter Physio is located at Level 1, 14 Brierly Street Weston, within Healthspace Weston, a clinic shared by several different therapists who own and operate their own businesses. 
 

The practice can be accessed from the carpark to Cooleman Court which is off Parkinson Street. The practice is in the building to the left of Cooleman Court. Enter the door between Vinnies and Big Bro Barber and take the lift or stairs which lead to the first floor. You will find Healthspace Weston at the top of the stairs. 

Alternatively, you can enter from Brierly Street through a door to the left of the Zambrero restaurant. There is a ramp at this entrance so you would not need to use the stairs. Take the lift or stairs to the first floor and Healthspace Weston is at the top of the stairs.
 

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothes that can allow Thérèse to examine and treat the relevant area of the body. If you have scans (Xray, CT, ultrasound or MRI results) please bring them to your appointment.    A referral is not necessary, but if you have one, please bring it.
If you are a Department of Veteran's Affairs client, you will need to bring a referral from your GP (which is valid for 12 months) or Specialist (which is valid for 3 months).


If you have a Comcare, Workers' Compensation or Motor Vehicle Accident claim, please bring your claim number and the name of your insurance company and claims manager, so I can obtain approval for your treatment. You will need to pay for your treatment until the insurance company has accepted liability for your treatment.

Do you treat people with DVA, Comcare, Workers' Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident claims? What about NDIS?

Thérèse treats private patients, as well as clients from Department
of Veteran's Affairs and those who have a Comcare, Workers' Compensation or Motor Vehicle Accident (Third Party) claim. Thérèse can also treat NDIS clients if they are self funded.

Can I receive a reminder of my appointment by SMS or email?

Yes! When you book, you will be asked if you would like to receive reminders by SMS or email. These reminders are sent out the day before your appointment as a courtesy to clients. 

  

How can I pay?

Payment is available through EFTPOS, (credit (MasterCard or Visa), debit or EFTPOS cards accepted). Automatic claiming from your private health fund through Healthpoint (HICAPS equivalent) will be available at the time of payment. Payment by cash is also available, but unfortunately cheques will not be accepted.

How do I book? 
Do you have a cancellation policy?

You can book online through this website, or by contacting Thérèse by phone on 0428 840 555.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time as this can enable other patients to book to use your time slot. If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time,  a fee of $50 will be payable. In extenuating circumstances, this fee may be waived.
